Give your agents 20 minutes to pressure-test the hardest question on their desk.
The Western Washington Hard Question Clinic is a short, live working session for associations, YPN councils, independent broker groups, and brokerage teams. Your agents bring the questions. Sentinel shows its work.
The email opens with the subject “Western Washington Hard Question Clinic” and a short organizer brief. No form submission and no automatic enrollment. If your email app does not open, copy hello@sentineliq.net.
One question, examined live
Source dates and limits stay visible
I'll identify the geography and effective period first, separate observed change from interpretation, and keep any unsupported local detail out of the answer.

Known gaps
One host. Three questions. Twenty useful minutes.
The clinic is designed to fit a meeting agenda without becoming a generic AI talk or a long software demo.
- 00-03
Set the question boundary
The host frames the supported counties and trust rules. Agents remove names, addresses, and other client-confidential details before a question is used.
- 03-16
Pressure-test real work
We work through up to three attendee questions live. Sentinel separates retrieved facts, calculations, assumptions, and anything that still needs verification.
- 16-20
Read the evidence together
The room examines sources, effective dates, and next actions. The point is to judge the answer, not watch a rehearsed product tour.
Use the work already happening in the room.
These are examples, not a script. The best test is a current, non-confidential question whose answer needs local context, transparent math, or a visible verification boundary.
“What does the latest supported period show in this farm, what changed, and which factors can I responsibly discuss with a seller?”
“At this price, payoff, commission, and stated costs, what are the estimated proceeds after Washington REET? Show every input.”
“Using the entered mutual-acceptance date and financing period, map the dates around this holiday and flag every assumption to verify.”
“Which supported parcel, permit, hazard, and ownership facts can I verify before this appointment, and what is still missing?”
Useful first. Permission always.
- Complimentary 20-minute session with no continuing-education credit claimed.
- No sales presentation; the session stays focused on attendee questions and the evidence behind each answer.
- No attendee-list request. Sentinel does not ask the organizer to provide participant contact information.
- No automatic account enrollment. Any later visit, trial, or office pilot is an individual, voluntary choice.
- No client-identifying or confidential information in submitted questions.
- No recording, organization logo, attendee quote, or endorsement used without written permission.
Clear before anyone says yes.
Is this a continuing-education course?
No. The clinic is a complimentary, non-CE product demonstration and working session. Sentinel will not describe it as clock-hour or continuing-education credit.
Will Sentinel pitch attendees or ask for our member list?
No. The clinic is not a sales presentation, and Sentinel will not request an attendee list. Anyone who later tries Sentinel does so independently and voluntarily.
What should agents bring?
Bring a difficult, current question from real work after removing client names, exact addresses, and other confidential details. Seller math, Washington timing, supported property research, and source-dated market context are strong tests.
Where does Sentinel work?
Sentinel focuses on agents in King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Whatcom counties. Coverage varies by workflow, so the clinic keeps source, effective-date, and availability limits visible.
Ask whether the clinic fits your next meeting.
Tell us the organization, county focus, meeting format, and a few possible dates. We will reply with a concise fit check and the exact session requirements.
If the button does not open your email app, copy hello@sentineliq.net. No form submission and no automatic enrollment.
