First, check the fit.

Property facts: King, Pierce, Snohomish and Whatcom counties. Permit observations: Seattle, Everett and Pierce County's covered jurisdiction. These are source boundaries, not a guarantee that a particular property or field is available. County coverage does not mean every city's permits are included.

Use a county and parcel ID, or the complete address including unit and ZIP. Captured history begins with Sentinel's first preserved version. The tools expose missing evidence and assumptions; they do not produce appraisals or complete title, permit or disclosure reports.

For property research, create a key and use the keyed connection with your client's protected Authorization header setting. There is no OAuth sign-in flow; client support varies.

Import the starter workflow into your n8n instance. Configure the saved Header Auth credential and replace the sample locator.

Run it manually first. Inspect the identity, sources and gaps before connecting the output to a report or another step. Keep the included notices.

The template passed an isolated import check. Your configured workflow still needs its own trial run.

Know when the first run worked.

  1. The free account probe recognizes your key and shows your available answers.
  2. The returned county, parcel and unit agree with the property you requested.
  3. Each fact keeps its matching source and qualification. Missing evidence remains unknown.
  4. You save the result and required notices in the workflow you chose.

The trial includes 25 successful answers total, with no card required. Failed requests and unavailable research do not consume answers; a useful partial packet counts as one. Set optional shared answer caps in your console. Your AI provider's access and charges are separate.
